Refund Policy

At Decor Obsession, all sales are final. Eligible returns receive store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges.

Store Credit Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required

Once approved, store credit will be issued by email and never expires.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns or store credit for:
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Digital products or gift cards
• Final sale items
• Used, damaged, or altered items

How to Request Store Credit

  1. Email info@decorobsession.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  2. If approved, ship the item back at your expense.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue store credit within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Once approved, we will issue a full store credit.
