Refunds and Exchanges
• Items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of package delivery.
• In order to receive a full refund, items must be sent back unused, with original tags and packaging. Once items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Please allow 14 business days for refunds.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, Decor Obsession will send a replacement. Defective item must be approved before replacement item is shipped. Please send email and include photos upon inspection: info@mydecorobsession.com
Please DO NOT return item(s) to Decor Obsession before approval has been given.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
• International orders are not refundable and customers are responsible for paying any customs, duties, and or taxes.
•Stolen package claims are processed through the mail carrier. If there are concerns about package theft, Decor Obsession suggests tracking package through text messaging.
