At Decor Obsession, all sales are final. We offer store credit only for eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. No cash refunds or exchanges.
Store Credit Eligibility
To qualify for store credit:
*Item must be unused, in original packaging.
*Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
*Proof of purchase is required.
Once approved, store credit will be issued via email and never expires.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer store credit for:

🚫 Digital products or gift cards.
🚫 Final sale items.
🚫 Used, damaged, or altered items.
How to Request Store Credit
1.) Email [info@decorobsession.com] within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
2.) If approved, ship the item back at your expense.
3.) Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos.
If approved, you’ll receive full store credit.
